Our Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil is extracted from premium-quality groundnuts sourced directly from farmers in Gujarat and Maharashtra using the traditional Kachhi Ghani (stone crusher) method. This slow, cold-pressing process operates at temperatures below 40°C, ensuring that all the natural goodness of the groundnut is retained in every drop.
Unlike refined groundnut oil — which is heated to over 200°C, bleached, and deodorised, stripping away nearly all nutritional value — our cold-pressed oil retains its natural Vitamin E, Omega-6 fatty acids, plant sterols, and distinctive roasted groundnut aroma.
Heart Health: Natural plant sterols in cold-pressed groundnut oil help reduce the absorption of dietary cholesterol, supporting healthy LDL levels. Multiple clinical studies confirm this benefit is absent in refined versions.
Rich in Vitamin E: A single tablespoon provides approximately 15% of your daily Vitamin E requirement — a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative damage.
High Smoke Point: At 232°C, cold-pressed groundnut oil is stable for Indian cooking — deep frying, tadka, stir-frying, and baking — without producing harmful trans fats.
Authentic Flavour: The natural roasted groundnut aroma enhances every dish — from dal tadka to halwa — in a way refined oil simply cannot replicate.
No chemical solvents. No hexane extraction. No bleaching. No deodorising. No artificial preservatives. No blending with cheaper oils. Just pure, single-ingredient groundnut oil — exactly as nature intended.

Cold-pressed groundnut oil is extremely versatile. Here's how to get the most from it:
🍳 For Cooking: Use exactly as you would any cooking oil. Its high smoke point (232°C) makes it suitable for deep frying, shallow frying, tadka (tempering), roasting, and baking. The natural flavour enhances Indian dishes particularly well.
🥗 For Dressings: Use cold as a salad dressing base or to dress steamed vegetables. The roasted groundnut flavour adds depth to marinades and chutneys.
💆 For Massage: Warm the oil slightly and use for body massage. The Vitamin E content nourishes and moisturises skin deeply. Excellent for baby massage too.
📦 Storage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 6 months. No refrigeration required — natural oil may become slightly cloudy in winter, which is perfectly normal and does not affect quality.
⚠️ Allergy Note: Contains groundnuts (peanuts). Not suitable for those with peanut allergies.
🌡️ Recommended Daily Amount: Nutritionists recommend 2-3 tablespoons (20-30ml) of healthy oil per day as part of a balanced diet.
"I switched from refined groundnut oil 3 months ago and the difference is night and day. The colour, the smell, the taste — it's like oil is supposed to be. My doctor also noted my cholesterol improved. Highly recommend."
"The aroma when you open the bottle is incredible — pure roasted groundnut. I've tried many 'cold pressed' oils that smell like refined oil. This one is the real deal. Will buy again."
"Really good quality oil. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. Took off one star because the bottle size was slightly smaller than expected, but the oil itself is excellent."
